In a radio address on Thursday, Fischer said that said the Bible makes a very clear and irrefutable case that only believers have a right to breed.

“God said to His people ‘be fruitful and multiply’. He wasn’t talking about all of humanity, he was talking about HIS people. Believers, those who accept the one and only sovereign God. Therefore sinners and Satan worshippers who don’t believe have absolutely no right to reproduce.”

He went on to state even further how such a decree is in accordance with God’s will. “Let’s think about this, God wouldn’t want more gays or sexual deviants or or Buddhists Muslims roaming the earth, he’d want more believers.”

So what does a non-believer do when he or she wants to have kids?

“The answer is simple,” said Fischer, “repent for your sins, accept Jesus as Lord and Savior and then you can have kids. Only once you experience God’s love for yourself can you truly be one of HIS people and thus earn the right to procreate.”

Just before the segment ended, Fischer also said he was hopeful more people would come to accept this interpretation of scripture because if they did, “We could have homosexuality and Islam extinguished in a few generations, with only a strong Judeo-Christian society left behind. That’s the future God wants.”
